DK Hartman started his professional career in 1998 where he worked as
a project administrator within Information Technology related projects. In
between projects, he found lucrative opportunity in connecting jobseekers
with employers primarily within the technology and executive sectors. As a
high level recruiter, he began to learn the inter-processes of the staffing
business. He learned the art of how to craft a resume, how to tailor a resume to
honestly and effectively fit the needs of a job requirement and how to polish
candidates to interview.
DK caught on quick and ultimately found passion in the recruitment business.
He has worked endless hours around the clock to perfect the components of
how his jobseeking candidates ultimately beat the other candidates in
competition. After all, that's really how he got paid... By receiving a commission
for matching qualified jobseekers to his client's open positions.
Over the years, DK has perfected a strategy to what he coins, "How to beat your competition to win employment." His
strategy is intertwined into a consulting based service that can be purchased based upon a client's budget. For
example, a perspective client can purchase his service that crafts, "The Great Resume" for a fee that is less than his
service that not only creates The Great Resume, but also tailors to job descriptions to achieve, "The Greatest Resume",
which is lesser than his service that provides 'Plus Interview Preparation'. He built a tier pricing system so that
jobseekers can use his services in accordance to their budget.
DK has always been an entrepreneur. He has owned and operated businesses within eCommerce and Finance and
now owns two companies that specialize in his passion. Strategic Resume Group (SRG) and parent company Talent
Management5 (TM5) ~ A Classical Talent Management firm that specializes in the recruiting efforts of the Technology,
Finance and Life Science sectors.
